Return Policy

At Vault & Carat it is our mission to help you find the perfect piece you have been dreaming of at an unbeatable price!  We also understand it can be difficult to interpret fully how it will feel purely by videos and pictures online. For that reason, we offer a limited return policy that offers some flexibility while still keeping our prices low.

Stock jewelry items in unused new condition may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Custom design items are not returnable.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at kirsten@vaultandcarat.com. Return shipping by Fed Ex insured is required. You will be provided a prepaid shipping label.  The shipping label cost of $50 will be deducted from the amount of your store credit.
